Hi Silas. Thanks for the feedback.

You can import multiple topographic survey data in one design project as long as all the survey data share the same Master Benchmark.

See this article in our knowledgebase for more information:

Hola Silas. Gracias por la respuesta.

Puede importar múltiples datos topográficos en un proyecto de diseño siempre que todos los datos de la encuesta compartan el mismo punto de referencia maestro.

Vea este artículo en nuestra base de conocimientos para más información:

If you double left click on the subzone line, it will show the zone properties and then you can click cancel on dialog box. It's quite fast and easy. Are you aware of this? Is this sufficient?

Thanks for the feedback! We will look into adding this feature in future releases.

    Hi Jurg,

    Thanks for the feedback.

As of now, all OSDv2 files are forward compatible but only to V2, ie file saved in v2.2 can be opened in v2.4.

Regarding credit balance, we are happy to transfer the remaining balance to a new version or computer, just email us at support@optisurface.com and let us know more details.

For the check updates button, we're working on having a link in OSD that will bring you to the Member Center to login and check for updates.

Hi Arnie, thanks for the suggestion. What layers do you want to add or miss?

Thanks for the feedback. We will look into ways to improve this.

This is probably due to multicore processor in your computer and we would love to take advantage of all the cores but at the moment we are stuck with using only one core.

A 400-ha field is quite large for OSD to handle smoothly. You may want to consider cutting the field into sections to make it easier.

These articles in our knowledge base can help you:
    http://support.optisurface.com/knowledgebase/articles/186629-design-for-a-1000-ha-field
    http://support.optisurface.com/knowledgebase/articles/232732-designing-a-field-in-sections

We also recommend you do initial calculations at larger grid size eg 60 or 90ft and then when you have a design that looks close, do a final calculation at 30ft if possible.
