This article will discuss the steps in activating your new license or loading additional credits.
FIRST ACTIVATION
- Once you've installed OptiSurface Designer (or if your 30-day trial has expired and wish to activate using your purchased License), select 'Activate OptiSurface Designer'. Otherwise, choose 'Evaluate OptiSurface Designer'.
- Enter the License ID in the space provided and enter your password. Hit the 'Continue' button to confirm.
- A prompt will appear once activation is successful. Hit 'Continue' and unlock your new designs fields.

LOADING ADDITIONAL OPTISURFACE CREDITS
(OR ACTIVATING WHILE ON TRIAL PERIOD)
- Go to Help Menu > License\Credit Status.
- Hit Activate.
- Note: Please wait for 10 seconds after clicking the 'Continue' button on the next screen so the activation goes smoothly.
- Enter the License ID in the space provided and enter your password. Hit the 'Continue' button to confirm.
- A prompt will appear once activation is successful. Hit 'Continue' and unlock your new designs fields.
Note. If you see the error message (Error Code 5013). below, it's either you've used the License before or you clicked 'Continue' on the previous dialog multiple times before waiting for about 10 seconds as mentioned in Step 3.
You're actually seeing the Error message of the second click. Please check your Credit Status/Balance to confirm the OptiSurface Credits has been loaded.
