Delete TIN Lines When A DTM Is Created

You can delete and add points and breaklines to modify the DTM exactly as you need.

Go to Tools > Existing Topography > Edit Point. Right click desired point > Delete Point.
This can also be done in for Proposed Topography, Tools > Proposed Topography > .....
