OptiSurface Designer shows an error when importing xyz file. Error says:
"Sorry but OptiSurface Designer is having problems reading the numbers on line 1 or 2.
Please check the file and try again."
The image below shows the xyz file opened in a text editor application like notepad.
Solution:
Open the file using a text editor like Notepad and go to File > Save As > select ANSI for Encoding.
Import the saved file using OptiSurface Designer and it should import without having the error previously shown.
