Does The Program Run With A Dongle Or A Licensing System?

The program run with a licensing system that activates over the internet and then stores data on your hard drive and checks in periodically (max every 2 months) to our webserver. No dongle. The Starter Pack is cheap enough that you can buy and have multiple installs.
