Activating OptiSurface Designer and Firewall Parameters

If you're having trouble activating an OptiSurface Designer license, it could be due to your antivirus or firewall software.

Try this:
Disable firewall and virus scanner for 1 minute while you activate the codes.
Or connect to internet via another wireless connection if on a laptop.
Or if you want to get more complex, then get your IT support person to allow OptiSurface Designer to communicate with the internet (setting in firewall or antivirus software) by punching a hole through your firewall to:

Port:  Port 443 is used for communication but Port 80 may also be used as a fallback.
