Problem
OptiSurface Designer crashes when opening .osd file from another computer. It can be opened in my colleague's computer, but it crashed in mine.
Solution
We've had experience OSD crashing when opening files from a network drive and USB drives. Please copy the file to your computer hard drive (drive C) and try opening the osd file again.
