I tried activating OSD and was prompted with and error message: Error Code 2: OSD Activation Failed.
Your computer or your company firewall is blocking communication with the OptiSurface Licence server.
Adjust the firewall settings so that OptiSurface Designer can speak with outside world. If the company firewall is the problem and your using a laptop you can get the computer into the internet with another method (eg wireless access at home or USB dongle) then try again. If you're still stuck, just give us a call, we can talk by phone and give you some codes.
