License Not Working - Trial Expired

Problem:
When I opened OptiSurface Designer, there was an error message saying "Trial Expired". Now, I cannot run the software even though I have been using it a few days ago.

Solution:
This can happen when there are hardware changes in your computer. Our licensing system only allows the license to be used on one computer and that computer has it's own "fingerprint". If the computer is modified i.e. replaced a hard drive or upgraded the graphics card, then that fingerprint will change. It can sometimes be triggered by an external hard drive.

If this happens, email us at support@optisurface.com with the last license details you used, and we'll send you a new license to re-activate OptiSurface Designer on your computer.
