Iām trying to utilize the iPad function for the cloud based link but am not getting any connection other than the Optisurface Cloud page with the circle spinning continuously on screen on both my iPad and iPhone.
Answer:
If you're having problems viewing the Designs, make sure you have your web browser not in Private Browser Mode.
